my terms of service. By placing an order with me, you automatically agree to the following termsGENERAL
• I reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason
• I reserve the right to publish your Commission by my social networks, in case I use it as advertising or examples and I will not find myself obliged to publish or maintain it
• The artwork will be in my own art style, but it can be adapted according to the commission
• I do not draw the following themes: NSFW, Mecca, heavy muscle, old people, hate art and anything that makes me feel uncomfortable
• I will not work with AI generated references. At the same time I do not allow my work to be used to feed/train AIUSE
• You may use the commission only for personal, non-profit use, including but not limited to: avatars, headers and posts.
• If you wish to print the artwork, you may do so for yourself only, as long as you do not make monetary profit from itIf you are going to use it for social networking or other media you are required to give visible credits to me
• You may not claim the artwork as your own or upload it to any gallery intended to display your own work, as such you are not allowed to change, modify, edit, trace or use my artwork without my permission
• The use of NFT is strictly prohibitedORDERS(mainly Vgen)
• You must fill out the order form accurately, providing all required information, please make your request written concisely, so that the note is clear to read
• Attach also images: I will not rely strictly on the written description. You must provide references for all characters, this includes for canon/official characters. Do not limit yourself to naming a character
• I prefer reference images to be sent directly through VGen or on sites like Google Drive. If the colors are not clear in the references, you may provide a color palette or hex codes
• I reserve the right to refuse changes, or apply a fee, in extreme cases where changes are made clear to us during WipsPAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
• The minimum amount to start the commission is 50%, however you can make the full payment from the beginning. You can also send a message before application about payment plans or any questions

• The illustration process is sketching, lineart, base color, shading and lighting (it varies if it is lineart or full-color), during the sketching process changes are allowed, but once you get to the lineart phase changes may or may not be possible, depending on changes during this phase there will be an additional cost
• Please make sure to look very well at the Wips of the updates provided before approving, to avoid any misunderstanding during the process, I am not responsible for any dissatisfaction of the commission once completed if I have not been given any feedback to modify it during the process

• Puedes utilizar la comision solo para uso personal y sin ánimo de lucro, incluyendo, entre otros: avatares, cabeceras y publicaciones.
• Si deseas imprimir la obra de arte, puedes hacerlo solo para ti, siempre y cuando no obtengas beneficios económicos por ello. Si vas a utilizarla para redes sociales u otros medios, debes darme crédito de forma visible.
• No puedes reclamar la obra de arte como propia ni subirla a ninguna galería destinada a mostrar tu propio trabajo, por lo que no se te permite cambiar, modificar, editar, calcar o utilizar mi obra de arte sin mi permiso.
• El uso de NFT está estrictamente prohibido.PEDIDOS(principalmente Vgen)
• Debe rellenar el formulario de pedido con precisión, proporcionando toda la información requerida. Por favor, redacte su solicitud de forma concisa, para que la nota sea clara y fácil de leer.
• Adjunte también imágenes: no me basaré estrictamente en la descripción escrita. Debe proporcionar referencias para todos los personajes, incluidos los personajes canónicos/oficiales. No se limite a nombrar a un personaje.
• Prefiero que las imágenes de referencia se envíen directamente a través de VGen o en sitios como Google Drive. Si los colores no están claros en las referencias, puede proporcionar una paleta de colores o códigos hexadecimales.
